The course content was interesting, relevant and relatable to day to day work situations. The online course, allowed me to be flexible with my studying, fitting it around a full time job without having to travel to classes or workshops. Finally the Personal Facilitators are always on hand to offer feedback and answer any queries, and will offer support for the duration of the course. I would 100% recommend DPG to anyone considering undertaking a CIPD course.

My tutor was fantastic, always had time to answer any questions and gave me fantastic feedback to help me improve and further develop my knowledge.
The course content was relevant to my role and i've quickly been able to up-skill and use knowledge gained from the programme to face new challenges at work and to develop my capabilities and in doing so, my confidence. I started the programme as a HR Officer (a role i'd grown too comfortable in) and i'm now a Senior HR Advisor, exploring a new industry and looking forward to my next qualification.
